Teams and Divisions

Create a Team

  1. Open InLoox and click Workload in the menu on the left.
  2. Click on Add Persons and then on Add Team.
  3. Name the team and select the resources. Click Create.
  4. If the people have already been assigned tasks with efforts and start/end dates, InLoox calculates the workload immediately.
  5. You can see the tasks by clicking the arrow next to the person. If instead of the task name there is only Busy, you do not have read or write permissions for the project in which the task is located.

Edit a Team

If you want to remove a person from the team, proceed as follows:

  1. Open InLoox and click Workload in the menu on the left.
  2. At the top, select the team from which you want to remove a person.
  3. Select the person and click Remove person in the menu at the top. Or right-click on the person and select Remove Person.

If you want to delete a team, proceed as follows:

  1. Open InLoox and click Workload in the menu on the left.
  2. Select the team you want to remove at the top.
  3. Click on the three-dot menu next to the team and select Remove team from view.
  4. InLoox will ask you to confirm this action. Click Yes.

Add a Division

Before you can select a division for the workload, you need to create the divisions in Account Settings under Organization > Divisions.

You cannot add or remove users from a division in the workload view. If you need to change a user's division assignment, you need to do that in Account Settings (administrator rights required).

  1. Open InLoox and click Workload in the menu on the left.
  2. Click on Add Persons and then Add Division and select the division you want to display the workload for. You can also type in the name of the division in the search field.
  3. InLoox displays the division by name and the associated people.

Remove a Division

If you want to remove a division from the workload view, click on the three-dot menu next to the division name and click on Remove division from view.
