Open Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Files in Local App without OneDrive Sync

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents now open directly in the corresponding local app — without requiring local OneDrive synchronization. This applies to both cloud and self-hosted installations.

For all other file types, the project folder must still be synchronized locally with Microsoft OneDrive.
