  • Tasks/Workload: Multiple collaborators can now be assigned as resources to a task.
  • Tasks/Settings: New task permissions "Read own tasks", "Edit task status", "Edit own tasks", "Edit status of own tasks".
  • Tasks: Improved user interface for Kanban cards for a better overview.
  • Documents: Enhanced dialog for selecting documents for a better overview and usability.
  • Documents: Links in the local file system can now be opened directly from the application (InLoox Desktop Tools in version 12.5 required).

Bug fixes

  • Fixed: Tooltip in the resource overview/workload displayed incorrect information when capacity was not 100%.
  • Fixed: Creating a new status in the settings did not increase the index of the other entries.
  • Fixed: After deleting a status, Kanban tasks were only visible in the list view.
  • Fixed: Importing planning templates: Tasks now receive the Kanban sorting according to the order in the planning.
  • Fixed: Project dashboard tab was incorrectly displayed in the Professional Edition.
  • Fixed: Error in Teams app manifest.
  • Fixed: Restoring documents from planning templates did not work correctly.
