Views
Views in InLoox display your data in a structured table format — similar to a spreadsheet. Each row represents an item (e.g., a project, task, or time entry), and each column shows a specific property. These tabular list views give you a clear overview across all areas of InLoox and can be fully customized to your needs.
Where are views available?
The following areas in InLoox use views:
- Projects — with the standard views Active Projects, Archived Projects, Favorites, Trash, and Project Requests
- Project Tasks — in the standard Kanban board, where you can switch to a table view
- Project Documents
- Tasks — with the standard views All Tasks, Completed Tasks, My Due Tasks, and My Tasks
- Time — with the standard view All Time Entries
- People
- Reports — with an overview of every report created for your InLoox account
What can you do with views?
Views are fully customizable. You can:
- Add or remove columns to show exactly the data you need
- Group, filter, and sort to find relevant information quickly
- Apply conditional formatting to highlight important data visually
- Save views for quick access to frequently used configurations
- Export views to Excel for further analysis or reporting
