Documents
The document permissions in the Integration Center let you connect InLoox with Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, or Microsoft OneDrive for document management.
Use SharePoint or Teams for document management
Permissions: Read files, Write files
When you grant these permissions, documents can be stored on your company's SharePoint site or in Microsoft Teams. When you attach a file to an InLoox item (such as a task or a time entry), InLoox will prompt you to initialize the SharePoint connection to create the required folder structure. Once set up, folders and documents are kept synchronized between InLoox and SharePoint.
To set up the integration between InLoox and SharePoint Online, you need InLoox administrator permissions as well as administrator permissions for your company's SharePoint Online. This permission cannot be revoked in the InLoox Integration Center, as the integration with Microsoft SharePoint is set by the InLoox Admin for the entire account.
- For more information on document storage, see Documents.
Activate full access to SharePoint libraries
Permission: Manage SharePoint libraries
When you grant this permission, a SharePoint library will be automatically created based on the rules defined in the InLoox settings for your account.
This requires you to first grant the permission to use SharePoint Online or Teams for document storage.
