Integrations

The InLoox Integration Center is where you connect InLoox with Microsoft 365 and manage access to:

  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Microsoft SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft OneDrive
  • Microsoft Entra ID
Important — InLoox Self-Hosted Edition

If you are using InLoox Self-Hosted Edition, an Azure App registration must be configured on the server before users can connect their Microsoft 365 account. If no Azure App is configured, the Connect with Microsoft 365 button is disabled and a warning banner is shown in the Integration Center. Contact your administrator to set up the Azure App registration — see Connect Microsoft 365 in InLoox Self-Hosted.

For automations with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online, see configuring InLoox Self-Hosted for automations with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online.
