Export Financial Plans to Excel

You can export any financial plan to Excel.

  1. In the project, under the Financials tab, click Planned or Tracked.
  2. Select the plan you want to export to Excel.
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side.
  4. In the Actions menu, select Export to Excel.

InLoox generates and downloads an Excel file containing all entries of the selected financial plan.

Import Line Items from Excel

You can import line items into any financial plan from an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file.

  1. In the project, under the Financials tab, click Planned or Tracked.
  2. Select the financial plan you want to import line items into.
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the right-hand side.
  4. In the Actions menu, select Import from Excel.
  5. In the dialog that opens, upload your Excel (.xlsx) or CSV (.csv) file.
  6. Map each column from your file to the corresponding line item field in InLoox.
  7. Click Import to complete the import.

InLoox creates the line items in the selected financial plan based on the data in your file.
