InLoox offers multiple ways to track and manage emails within your projects. You can turn emails into tasks, file them as documents, and keep your project communication organized.
Email Tracking in InLoox Web App
In InLoox Web App, you can connect your Microsoft 365 account to display your Outlook inbox directly in InLoox. From there, you can file emails as documents, create tasks from emails using the AI Assistant, or flag emails in Outlook to automatically generate InLoox tasks.

- Track Emails (up to InLoox 12) — Legacy Track function for InLoox Self-Hosted Edition 12.5.1 or earlier.
Email Tracking with InLoox for Microsoft Outlook
With the InLoox for Microsoft Outlook add-in, you can also save emails, attachments, and other documents directly from Outlook to your InLoox projects. For details, see the help article on Document Management in InLoox for Outlook.
