Tokens
Tokens are placeholders that you insert into the text fields of an action. When the rule runs, each token is replaced with the real value from the triggering record.
A token has the syntax {{Model.Property}}, for example {{Project.Name}}. You do not type tokens by hand — use the Insert token button next to a text field to pick from the Available tokens for that area.

Parent project tokens are added too
In the task area and in every child area (budget, document, time entry, planning, line items, risks), the seven parent project tokens above are also available, in addition to the area's own tokens. They resolve to values from the project the triggering record belongs to.
