Updates
InLoox Cloud
If you use InLoox as a cloud service (InLoox Professional, InLoox Enterprise, InLoox Enterprise Plus), your account is always kept up to date automatically. Updates are rolled out centrally — no action is required on your part. You always work with the latest version of InLoox.
InLoox Self-Hosted
If you run InLoox as a self-hosted installation, updates must be installed manually by the server administrator.
- Download the latest version of the server installer from the InLoox Product Download page.
- Run the installer on the server and follow the setup instructions.

Feature Suggestions
contribute.inloox.com is our idea platform (powered by Nolt) for feature requests and improvement suggestions. Submit your ideas, vote on existing proposals, and discuss them with other users and InLoox team members.
The platform is only available in German.
How It Works
- Open contribute.inloox.com in your browser and click Vorschlag hinzufügen.
- Sign in using one of the available verification methods. If you register with your email address, you will receive a 6-digit code.
- After verification, you can submit your suggestions and vote on other ideas.
Tips for Submitting Suggestions
- Describe your suggestion as precisely as possible — mention the affected area (e.g., Kanban board, project planning) and how the feature should be accessed.
- Explain what the feature should do and how it interacts with other data in InLoox.
- Add a screenshot to help others understand your idea.
What Happens Next?
The highest-rated suggestions are reviewed by the InLoox development team based on technical feasibility, benefit for a broad user base, and implementation effort. Ideas that meet these criteria are included in upcoming product development iterations. We communicate progress by updating the status of your suggestion on the platform.
