Default Language

Administrators can define a default language for the InLoox account. This default language applies to users who have not yet selected a personal language and is also used for notifications and invitation emails.

Available default languages:

  • English
  • German

For international companies with distributed teams, we recommend setting the default language to English. Invitation emails that new users receive are sent in the selected default language. Once new users have accepted the invitation, they can change their personal language.

  1. In InLoox, click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
  2. Click on Account Settings.

  1. In the left menu, click on Account.
  2. Under Default language, select the language that should be set by default for all users.
